Cold all the time? HELP

So I’m experiencing something very odd and can’t get any answers. It’s a daily occurrence. Since December, but I’ve been noticing it more frequently, I’ve been very cold and that’s rare for me because I’m never cold. I live in Texas where it’s always warm. In fact I’m always having hot flashes but since December when I became pregnant I’ve not only been cold all the time but have goosebumps. I feel like I’m coming down with a fever but my temperature is always normal. I had blood work done and nothing about my iron being low came back as the culprit so now I’m even more confused. I have pretty bad health anxiety and worry about everything happening to my body. Has anyone has this as a symptom? I never had this with my first two pregnancies.
