It is weird that the line is thin, so I would consider this faulty and retest. But I do think it's positive because of the color.

I would say Yes but retest. I've never had an evap that dark..and fir that test people always say done look at 10 min but to be honest to see it very clear you have to.let it sit for a little bit so I say VVVfff
