Hey I’m right around implantation time, 2 days past actually. I’ve waited 4 years to get pregnant again due to HG I was so sick!!

Welllllllllllllll….. I puked yesterday twice and now I have diarrhea 😬 I’m so worried this is not a stomach bug and it will be an even worse pregnancy. Anyone have any experience with this? Am I in for it or is it just a coincidence?
