No pms during 2 week wait? Good sign?

Usually in the week before my period I get acne on my chin. I also just feel crappy, like period-y. This time I have no acne and I feel good. Apparently pms acne comes from drop in progesterone, in which case if I were pregnant then progesterone would not be dropping. Of course we all look for symptoms during the tww that we are pregnant, but I didn’t think to look for LACK of symptoms. I remember feeling good before my positive test with my first pregnancy. Obviously nothing tells other than a test, just thoughts that I’m having!
