Premana and Pink Stork

Long story short my man and I been together for almost 9 years. I’ve tried pre seed , serrapeptase, ovulation kits , mucinex trick etc 2015-2020 nothing !!! Even went to to see multiple people and they all say I’m good. One said hydrosalpinx then it turned to they don’t see an issue but a little blockage so I gave up!! Now 2023 I’m trying again. Two days I got these and I’ve been taking the gummies and I’ve take the drink ( Premana ) any tips or suggestions for these products ? I know they say take em for 3 months or until conception….I’m hoping this works!! Idc if I have to wait the whole 3 months
