Period after twins

I had my first period about 2.5 months after my baby boys were born it wasn’t overly heavy, just my normal heavy flow. Well yesterday morning my 2nd period started and it’s been really heavy with the clots and bleeding through a good bit. Should I be worried or is this normal? Thanks
