Cat marking his territory idk where to post it

I’m sorry for my bad english and if i don’t explain good.

My cat is 11 years old and he isn’t sterilized.He is “meowing” for females cats time to time ( especially this period of time i guess it’s pairing time ) and he is “peeing” but it more like a spray pee very little like upwards not how he normal pees.

He doesn’t do that everyday but sometimes like today he did it on the same spot on wardrobe.I always clean so hard the spot with so many things.

How i can forbid him not to mark his territory anymore or how do I wash it for him not to like it anymore

Y’all s mean.I love my cat to the moon and I never wanted to hurt him somehow.He’s eating good,everyone loves him, living in peace and I saved him!Why should I had let him die instead of saving?I visited the vet multiple times when he had a problem and i asked about it and he told me isn’t safe for him at his age to get neutered as he has some kidney problems

Do you think acting mean and say i should had never gotten him would make your night more pleasurable?Good for you acted from your own pocket at 15,congrats but don’t ever say that to anyone which loves a pet.I COULDNT let him die in snow alone when he was a baby thank u very much for your precious answer
