Poop question… ⛔️TW: picture of baby poop⛔️

3 month old formula fed baby’s poop… does it look like he could be constipated? He only poops like once every two or three days and when he does this is more or less what it looks like. His next drs appointment isn’t until Feb 16th should I take him in sooner?
