Blackhead on nipple??

Hi everyone. I’m 6 weeks postpartum and while I was pregnant I found a blackhead right next to my nipple and popped it. It came back again and I just popped it again but now my nipple is sore I think from messing with it. Has anyone else had this?
I keep reading about Montgomery glands but I don’t see anything about blackheads coming out of them

Sometimes I get clogged pores around my sternum, some more so on my left breast than right. Not quite full on black heads. I mean, the skin gets irritated from me messing with it, but it rarely causes noticeable irritation.
