High HCG levels - should I be worried?

My HCG levels seem extremely high… At 6 weeks 0d they were 127,000, and now at 7 weeks 0d they are 208,000. They are pretty far off the “normal” range per the chart from the lab, but I don’t know if that makes them “extremely high” like I’m reading for molar pregnancies and other problems. This is my first pregnancy.
I haven’t met with a doctor yet and my first appointment isn’t until 2/01. Should I be worried? Anyone else have levels in that range?

I don’t think you have any reason to stress until you get an ultrasound done

My HCG levels were 241,000 at 7w 2days and my doctor said that was normal for 6-8 weeks pregnant. No need to be concerned I’m now 11 weeks and baby is still doing fine!

Is it possible you’re further along than you think you are?

Could possibly be indicator of twins? Only your OB will be able to tell you why this is happening and maybe an ultrasound.
