Should I file taxes?

I didn’t work very much at all. I worked one day at Riteaid made about $150 and 2 days at Walmart made maybe $250. I got a w2 from Riteaid I paid $7 in tax. Nothing from Walmart. Should I bother filing taxes for so little? I didn’t file last year either. But wanna make sure it’s not illegal/ so I won’t be arrested for charged for not filing. Cause I have no money to pay fees
