Ok so last night I started to breast pump due to my breast being so engorged and in pain but last night I got 2oz from each breast and this morning I breast pumped while giving my daughter a bottle of milk I was able to get 1/2 a ounce from east breast my main question is how can I increase my milk supply also should add my baby girl is 4 days old as well Ill take any advice and plz don't judge me because I decided to breast pump I already feel judged by it
