My ob said if I need to be induced they'll do a low dose of oxytocin ..is that the same as pitocin???

She also said they can't use a foley balloon if I'm dilated at all ? She said that's what the stretch and sweeps starting st 38 weeks are for ..she also said they'll break my water right away too . I didn't have that with my vaginal induction u til like 6 hours into the Induction..should I ask for that to be done after a few hours or ?

If this doesn't sound right for a vbac can someone tell me what I should ask for and say back to her suggestions?
