BBT drop help
If I got a blazing positive last night and this morning it’s gone lighter, does that mean I could’ve ovulated last night? (I know that OPK’s do not confirm ovulation, I’m asking if once the strips go lighter after a peak if this means the egg is released)
I’m also BBT and I had a drop in my temperature this morning. Does temperature drop when ovulating before spiking?
