11 dpo help!

Currently 11 dpo today, cramps feels like PMS, no other symptoms except for breast a little full and bigger than usual. I’m very positive and hopeful this is our cycle. Please tell me we BD enough and should I test today or wait a few more days? AF due in 3 days.
