Fleece footed pjs or fleece sleep sack?

What do you use? We used the halo sleep sack then moved into the footed pjs he’s 14 months and I’m thinking on moving back into sleep sack.

My kids lived in loungewear at that age eg long sleeve tshirt and sweatpants/lounge pants. Then no need for an outfit change in the morning, whatever fresh clothes they slept in were their clothes for the day unless wet of course.

I prefer sleep sacks because my son likes to stick his legs through the crib without one still at 15 months and I’m always worried he’s gonna get stuck. We usually wear a 2 piece Carters pajama set that’s super light weight then a fleece sleep sack since it’s so cold here.

We had a mix for my daughter, so most nights we did either cotton pjs and a fleece sleep sack or fleece pjs and a cotton sleep sack. If it was really cold we did two fleece layers, if it was really warm we did two cotton layers. Now for my son, he really hates being cold and his room is the coolest in the house, right now he’s 5 months and he has a tshirt onesie, cotton pjs, a cotton long sleeve sleep sack and a heavier sleeveless sleep sack that is more like a comforter weight, but some nights his room gets below 60.

We use both! We like it cooler at night so having him in both keeps him warm until he gets used to keeping a blanket on.
