39 weeks no dilation 😩

I know I know it doesn’t mean anything and it can change so fast but it is SO disheartening that I’ve been 80% effaced and barely a fingertip dilated for two weeks with no change 😭

I had strong contractions last night and diarrhea today and nausea and thought for sure I could get a membrane sweep and get this baby out - but nope 😭 promise me I’ll go into labor one day?! It’s not my first but I was induced with my twins so I’ve never gone into labor on my own and I feel like it will never happen
