Discharge Pic included

I’m 15+4 had this a few times this week but don’t know to be worried I googled and said could be mucus plug and it’s frightened me what do you think is it just discharge or mucus plug I did try have sex last night we haven’t been active during pregnancy but stopped after a couple minutes as it hurt 😣😣
