Just tested positive for covid for the first time. Any of you ladies have it and your babies are doing okay?

I'm gonna let my OB know when they open today and see if they need to do anything special. Just hope I don't have any of the issues it can bring. Any of you ladies have positive stories?

Yes, had it at 13 weeks. Baby is okay and so was I!! My OB did say that I may need closer monitoring in 3rd trimester because they’ve noticed sometimes covid during pregnancy can cause preterm labor and intrauterine growth restriction. Rest, push fluids, vitamin C, and find out which meds are safe for whatever symptoms your experiencing. I was able to take robitussin for my cough, Claritin and neti pot for all the sinus congestion. Tylenol for fevers/body aches/headaches. Feel better soon 🤍🤍

I had it at 18 weeks with my youngest and she was born perfectly healthy with an uneventful delivery.

I had COVID and they told me now I’m high risk for placenta swelling so I’m going in monthly for scans. There have been a lot of women I know that still deliver without it but I know one of my friends who has the swelling. Just trust whatever the doctors/midwifes/obgyn say and trust their knowledge 💓

It did too today. 21 weeks pregnant with Covid while taking care of a toddler with Covid 😣
