I have been very constipated this pregnancy and have noticed the last few weeks several times when I go to the bathroom there is blood when I wipe. It’s bright red and I’m not noticing any in the toilet or on my stool. Does this sound like possible hemroids or anal fissure? I plan to bring this up to my doctor at my appointment next week but wanted to see if anyone here had any similar experiences.
