Tsh level increase randomly ?

I’m not sure why my levels would increase so drastically! My endocrinologist told me if I get pregnant to tell her ASAP but to double my dosage ? Rn I don’t know if I am my periods suppose to start in two days and so far test are negative. It’s the weekend so idk. But my levels were good December 27th and my levels from my test results on Jan 30 saying a 8 anyone have any input on this ?
