Ectopic pregnancy/after care

Hi all,
I would just like to tell my ectopic story just in case it helps somebody not feel alone or maybe it is for myself that I am posting this.
So first off I am 22 years old and I have been with my fiancé since I was 15 so about six years. We are both at a place where we wanted to start growing our family and we were super excited! So we started our journey in the beginning of October 2022 tracking ovulation and what not 2 days before I was supposed to get my period I take a test it was negative we were okay with that we did not think it would work on the first month of trying. Days go by and I still didn’t get my period and for me that is odd cuz my periods are like clock work. I do an other test négative i was like okay I am just stressing myself out it’s gonna come in a couple of days and it did but I only had two days of very light bleeding/spotting so I thought oh okay that’s weird but still start testing for ovulation and all my ovulation strips comme back super positive so I was like that is crazy I can’t be fertile for 4 days straight so I take an other test and bam positive by that’s time it was November 6th 2022 we were super happy so I call my doctor the next day and what not and I had my first ultrasound scheduled for January 10th 2023 I was thinking to myself that weird it is so far but it was my first pregnancy so I did not know how to manage everything at first , so weeks go by everything is good and we start telling our friends and family. Still at this point no cramping or bleeding so I thought everything was okay so Christmas roll’s around and we are very busy going to see family and friends and what not then January 1st rolls around that night I jade a family gathering but I remember being really really tired and light headed but I brushed it off as 1st trimester symptoms so had a nap went to my family gathering but had to leave around 6:30pm cuz my stomach hurted but not like period cramps more like I was constapated
So I went home and fell asleep woke up around 11 pm and I had to go to the bathroom cuz my stomach started hurting really bad and I felt I had to go and vomit at the same time and then I just simply pass out at that point my fiancé was already on the phone with 911 and I just kept yelling in pain and passing out could not be lucide for more than 5 minutes passing out. So at that point we get to the hospital and they are thinking it’s appendicitis, my fiancé kept telling them that I was pregnant to look for and ectopic pregnancy first and they reluctantly said yer at that point they don’t see a baby in my uterus but they see whole bunch of fluid so now that we knew it was ectopic got back into an ambulance and got transferred to an other hospital where I got an emergency surgery they removed my right tube and I was hemorrhaging a lot before they got in so my body was already in shock so my heart went into cardiac arrest what did not help is that I had a lot of blood in my abdomen to the point that it was compressing my lungs it was just a big mess.
Now it’s February 5th and I just started my first period after the surgery and it’s a bittersweet moment although I am sad I lost my baby… I am happy that I am a little step closer to trying again..
