Spotting early pregnancy, did it..

I’ve had miscarriage 1st pregnancy 3 years ago then just last month. Only spotted when wiped at first then checked cm and it was brown then full blown flow. Now I got another positive test and have slight dark brown discharge so I’m worried it’ll happen again.
