Im 6 dpo but I feel like my temps don’t really look promising (I have broken nights because of breastfeeding but these two times I actually slept more than 3 hours) and on top of that I literally don’t feel anything. With my first I had implantation dip at 5 dpo, pulling in uterus and twinges around ovaries. My heart rate was also elevated and my blood pressure became very low. Got a positive by 8-9 dpo. This time nothing and the temps are second day low… Anyone had early signs with first pregnancy before bfp and not with the second ? Not sure what I am looking for here, probably some hope.🥺
