What does your little one wear at night?

What does your little one wear at night? 
Our little one is 4.5m and at night wears a 2.5tog grow bag with just a long sleeved baby grow. His nursery room temp is between 18°c - 19°c. I'm not sure if he's becoming cold during the night. He can be restless at times and has started waking every 45m-1hr between 4-6am. His hands are freezing (I know not to check temp with hands) his body is cool. He falls back asleep when we sit on our rocking chair with a blanket over us. 
Do you think wearing a vest at night will help? I sleep in the same room and can feel chilly at times but I like to be cosy. I just don't want him to become too warm.

My baby is an odd ball. She gets hot quickly (has to come from dad bc I’m usually cold) and prefers to sleep NAKED … our thermostat is set to 66. We used to put her in light pajamas but she would always wake up bc she was too warm, so I started undressing her before bed and she sleeps alllll night. She is 13mo, this has been a thing for a few months. She does have two blankets in bed with her so that could also be a factor.

Have baby wear one more layer than you. If your sleeping with at shirt and one blanket then put on a onsie and footie and sleep sack on baby. That’s the general rule pediatrician told that I follow, one extra layer for baby.

It's normal for babies to be restless at that age and many many many months forward. And to relax better when being held.
Long sleeved suit and a sleeping bag seems fine.
Perhaps a suit of wool if you're afraid it gets too cold.
