Best EASY Wrap/Carrier for Toddlers?

I’m looking for a new baby carrier/wrap for my 16 month old. I have a regular Moby wrap and a Tula ring sling both are incredibly complicated and ain’t nobody got time for that. I also already have an Ergo baby and a Tula structured carrier. The issue I’m having is that I have some nerve damage in my left arm and it’s very difficult/painful to buckle the buckle that goes between your shoulders on those two. I really want something that kind of slips over your head. I was looking at the Moby easy wrap but the reviews all said it’s not good for older/bigger babies. My son is 23lbs for reference.
