Can I lose 10kg in a month?

I know it might not be a healthy amount of weight to lose in a month but is there a way of achieving this?

Does anyone have any tips/tricks to lose 10kg in a month without starving ?

I am currently 70kg and 5ft2 ideally I need to get down to 60kg asap just to start feeling like myself again.

I am eating healthier, drinking more water and getting in exercise where I can (I have two jobs).

I would like to avoid weight loss pills but are getting to the point I’m so desperate I might give them a go but don’t know where to start.

Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated
