Am I pregnant?

Hello All,

Thank you for your time to read this craziness.

Last night I went to the ER because I had severe pain on my right side lower abdomen. What I thought was a period that started Sunday may not have been/be since I am still bleeding. For shits and giggles I took a pregnancy test and it came back with a faint line. Attached here.

The odd thing is it’s been brown blood. I am not filling a tampon or a pad, just a light coating.

They ran a urine test that came back negative, but my hcg level is 45. They also performed a abdominal and transvaginal us and they did not see a sac, but did find a cyst on my right ovary.

So I am still confused as to being pregnant or not? They could not give me a definite answer last night.

I apologize I know this is all over the place, but so is my brain of all the emotions yesterday and pain.

*My husband and I have been trying for a baby for almost 6 years and have never gotten even a faint line.*
