So I’ve heard so many times how sex can help with inducing labor but has anyone used a vibrator and it made contractions start? I’m single so wondering if this is the best option for me to try that way when it comes to sexual arousal

We had sex regularly (both of us finishing) & it did nothing for labor. Lol

It’s the sperm that ripens the cervix. So it’s not necessarily you finishing it’s the man so you can start contracting. Did it every night with my husband the week before I had my daughter and right after contractions started immediately

I had sex with my husband towards the end of my pregnancy and then 4 hours later I went into labor with my son so I think it is the orgasm so if a vibrator can get you off I would go with that!

Doesn’t hurt to try ! I wished and wished sex would put me into labor with both of my babies lol. Nothing ever helped.. they were very stubborn

Sex can help put you into labour because the prostaglandins in his sperm can help to soften your cervix. I don’t think it’s the orgasm that does it, but it’s worth a shot.
