HELP PLEASE!!!!! (Updated)

Since Tuesday, I’ve noticed that my right nipple was swollen around the upper areola area and it is tender to the touch. I also noticed a dry substance. As in, dried up pus?? Yesterday, I started using my nipple cream again and Today, I started using ice packs to treat the pain.

I’m almost 7 months postpartum, I haven’t breastfed/pumped since my son was 3 months old because my milk dried up.

I have an eczema flare up that is on different parts of my body, which I noticed on my nipples. So I started to apply my eczema cream there months ago. But on Tuesday, I noticed the swelling and pain.

What could this be? Urgent care needed ?

Update (for anyone who cares): I went to urgent care the following morning. They said I might have mastitis. I was prescribed an antibiotic and a cream.
