Is this something to be concerned about?

Hey ladies, last night I began to have light spotting and bleeding that was bright red and through the night it’s gotten more dark like and looking like coffee grounds and today at work I was still lightly bleeding and was able to call my doc but wasn’t able to leave early. I ended going to the bathroom and this came out of me, would any of you know what it might be? I’m 8 weeks and I’m just now on my way to see my doc. This happened around 11:20 today.
