Baby sleeps with legs in air??

I thought it was cute the first time but now it’s been a couple weeks and its freaking me out. She sleeps on her back with her arms up beside her head and then her legs up in the air in her sleep sack for hours like this!

My son use to do this at 2-4 months it was due to reflux

Kind of hard to see what her legs are doing because of the sleep sack but the only concern I’d have would be lack of blood flow to her legs if she’s sleeping like that for long periods of time? Maybe it’s no big deal though- I know some parents would say their child would sleep half on the bed half hanging off which I don’t know how that would be good for blood flow either 😄. I’d chat with the pediatrician about it.
