First ultrasound - 3rd pregnancy

Had my first abdominal ultrasound on Wednesday at 8 weeks + 4 days. I measured 2 days small but the sonographer said it was normal and it wasn’t enough to change my due date from 9/16. HR was a strong 167 BPM. You can actually see baby’s eyes, nose, and mouth if you look closely and I thought that was pretty cool. Don’t have much outside support right now so I would love to meet some awesome mama’s! According to the RAMZY theory or any other theory what do you think baby could be?
