Help!!

Chart says I already ovulated but the app says I am today. I’m worried I didn’t baby dance as much when I had to. Honestly it’s been feeling forced so want as much on this round. Do I have hope if I did ovulate? Or keep testing and try again. I feel discouraged 😔
