Exercise 2 weeks pp?
Folks - I am 2+ weeks PP with my second baby and feel so good. I had a 2nd degree tear but the pain subsided after 5 days and I haven’t been on pain meds since. My stitches are healing nicely and I’m out walking with my baby and my dog and feel like I could do so much more. Before baby was born I ran and did barre regularly.
I know the standard is 6 weeks PP after seeing my OB to restart my usual exercise. Is there anything else I can do besides walk that will help me feel like I’m just sitting around twiddling my thumbs? I am so fortunate to feel this good already!
