Glucose levels after eating- Low??
I failed my one hour glucose test with a 133 when my doctor’s office has a cut off of 129. The test made me really sick, so we opted to monitor my glucose levels by checking it 4 times a day instead. My fasting this morning was 81, and my levels 2 hours after eating lunch were only 86. Is that low to be after a meal? It was a full meal with a can of Pepsi, and my levels after breakfast was a 113, so I expected it to be a little higher.
