Which test is this?

I found this test in my bathroom vanity, hoping it was pregnancy test, but it do not say. It was just in a white wrapper, with the date and code. Well, it looks positive!! But, is it just a fancy ovulation stick?? I usually just buy the cheap strips so I really don’t know! I’m in the US, and it would have been bought on Amazon.

Any idea which it is?? A clear blue digital read “not pregnant,” but could be early??
