I talked to my midwife at 5 o’clock and told her I had just started timing some contractions to see if they were becoming regular, and Zaylor made his arrival at 8:04 pm. My midwife made it there 30 minutes before he was born, her birthing assistant 15 minutes before, and our photographer probably 5 minutes before!
