Can you burn fat while gaining muscle
I’m like 140-150lbs. Can you gain 10lbs in one month? I’ve been drinking protein shakes and lifting weights, I went to this blood donation site and it said I’m 150lbs like wth? How? I’m not trying to gain more fat so can I lift weights, grow muscle without consuming excess calories? Like can I just use my calories stored to build my muscles i definitely have fat on my ass, and stomach thighs I’m about 5”5 tall. Consuming more leaves me sluggish, tired and I just don’t want to gain fat..
