Normal after hair wash ?

How can I loose less hair after I wash my hair ? 
There will be more I haven’t brushed my hair yet I just saw some hair hanging lose and pulled this out

That's not that much tbh. I have probably like 3 times that? If not more when I wash my hair. I get a full on hairball going.
