Sleep regression

Anyone else dying with the 3yr sleep regression? I don’t remember this with our first kid but omg this has been awful. She fights bedtime like a champ - screaming hysterically for over 2hrs despite everything we try. We have a 4 month old and she wakes him up even with his hatch blasting 😩 shes so loud. She barely (or not at all) naps at home & at daycare.. and is only sleeping from 930-5am (since she also is getting up insanely early). I’m at my wits end as this has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. Helpppp
