Oh my god!!!!! I have never experienced it like this!!! Last night was the first night it was so intense… I was sweating trying to swallow down thick phlegm that it was producing…. It was giving me a migraine and after it was done I felt like I had a horrible lump in my chest where the pain was really bad……. That was for eating cinnamon in my cereal which I was craving. NEVER AGAINNNN!!!! Now I had some grapefruit juice and it came back… ate a red capsicum and it’s here…. What the heck….. thank god it’s not like last night… I didn’t even know it could get that bad that was like having lava come up and down all NIGHT!!!!!

This is my fourth baby and I had heart burn with my second and third but not like I just had dinner with the devil… FML.
