Husband uses phone in the middle of the night

So my husband does Uber occasionally at night. We sleep in separate bedrooms right now because I have the newborn with me. Last night my husband got home at 2:25am from Uber. I went to his room at 3am to grab some nappies and he was on his phone. I won’t lie, it bothered me that he was on his phone so late. Am I crazy? We had a misunderstanding last week when I thought he was cheating on me. Now I’m doubting everything he does. Would it bother anyone if their partner was on their phone so late?
