Miscarriage at 5 weeks

I went thru a roller coaster of emotions in just 7 days. Monday February 6th I took 2 positive pregnancy tests. It was my first pregnancy. I was scared but mostly excited and so happy to finally have my first baby at almost 28 years old. Just 5 days later I started bleeding and cramping like I was having a full blown period. I kept hope and faith alive that it was just one of those weird things where my body didn’t recognize that I was pregnant yet. Unfortunately 2 days after the bleeding started, my HCG had dropped from 68 to 12. I’m devastated… I still have to see my OB to figure out what happens next, and I’m not sure if I already passed the sac or not. My heart is broken. My love to all who have dealt with this loss and pain. I never knew how bad it could hurt to lose a little one that had barely developed. 💔
