Is The Strat's Top of the World Vegas restaurant worth it?

If you've been to the rotating restaurant please let me know if it's worth it and how your experience was. We're only going to be there for three days so I want to schedule things we really are going to enjoy. It'll be my youngest boy (15), my hun and I.
Hey pretty ladies, I'm trying to decide if I should get a reservation at the rotating restaurant in The Strat hotel. Thing is, I can't find a menu and the "requirements" are a bit confusing

I get the entrée one but what about the bottle? Are bottles necessary?
Can you give a brief description of the menu please?

Oh yes! We went there for my husbands 30th and 40th birthday! We don’t go to Vegas often, but make sure to go there because it’s totally worth it!

A corkage fee is when you bring your own wine or bottle of champagne to the restaurant to have with your meal. It’s not a requirement
