Positive Pregnancy Test After D&C

On 12/29 I had to have a D&C done at 8weeks due to the baby not growing. On 01/25 I had a period ( well what I thought was one ) I’ve been bleeding + spotting off & on after the D&C so it was hard to tell. Today 02/14 I took a pregnancy test & this is what I got .. I also go my HCG level testing today & the results will take 2 days to get back I just wanted to know if this happened to anyone else .. it’s been 6W5D since the D&C could this be HCG from the previous pregnancy or is this a new pregnancy ?
