Leaving an abusive relationship (Support Group)

Hey everyone,

I would like to make a support group here on eve

For anyone that’s ever been in an abusive relationship. (Family, friend, and romantic partner)

I want this thread to be a safe space we all can talk about our experiences and get positive talk and advice from each other and remind each other NEVER to go back to that relationship!

Please know everyone that you are worthy of love, beautiful REAL love, and don’t think that because you were abused in that relationship that it’s your fault, not your fault! How people respond and treat you reflects themselves, not you.

Please share your stories and connect this is a safe space.

I blocked my husband today, 2/15 and am really trying to be strong and not go back this time it’s SO hard but I am ready to heal now and find love one day so the first step is getting rid of what’s holding me back.
