Waiting for a laparoscopy
I am 25 and have been TTC for 2 years now.
I had a HSG test done in summer 22 which unfortunately showed that both of my fallopian tubes appear to be blocked. I am currently waiting for a laparoscopy via NHS to investigate this further but I'm not very hopeful that they will be able to do anything for me.
I was wonder if anyone that has been the same position as me could share their stories with me?
I'd like to know:
How long did you wait for your laparoscopy?
We're your tubes actually blocked or it transpire that your tubes just went into spasm during the HSG test and that's why the test failed?
Were they able to unblock your tubes during that surgery or were further surgeries required?
What was the next step if your tubes were blocked, <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? If so, how long did you have to wait for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> treatment?
Also if anyone knows an instagram account with a similar story please can you share it with me as I'd like to follow their journey.
Thanks
