Ear infection?

Ok guys so I am going to the doctor tmrw but plz help if u know.

I want to say about two weeks ago my ear was really itchy (I randomly get really itchy ears so I didn’t think anything of this) of course I itch it and I got frustrated and itched it harder than I should have. It felt sore after for like two days then that pain went away. But ever since, whenever I lay down and then swallow, I feel this weird popping sensation. And it happens multiple times a day, but mostly when I lay down, in that one ear. I’ve never had an eye infection before though but it doesn’t feel like an infection if that makes sense.

What could this be?? Plz let me know
