Baby Acne?

My baby is almost 3 weeks old and has had these acne for about a week now. Started with just a couple and now his little cheeks are full of it also his forehead and eyelids. I’ve been using warm water to clean his face a few times a day but it’s not really getting better. Will it need to get to its worst before it gets better? I’ve read so many remedies online but what’s most effective?
I feel so sad seeing him like this.

Just leave it alone. It’ll go away. 
Warm water and breast milk are the only two things I’d try, but ultimately it just needs to clear itself up. Babe isn’t in any pain. It doesn’t bother them one bit.

It will get better. But you can put on baby coconut oil on it and the acne will disappear.

My daughters got so bad and breast milk and washing with water made it worse. The only thing that worked was Johnson’s aloe baby lotion. It was gone so fast after I started that!

Like the others said, it will go away on its own. However, Tubby Todd all over ointment is the only thing that worked for my 1st kiddo. I’d just do the checks though. Wouldn’t want to accidentally get anything in the eyes.

Completely normal and may last quite a while. Mine is 3m old and still has quite a bit of baby acne. It’s nothing to be worried about, it doesn’t bother them.
